Bloody Lateral Raises...Phew...
I'm beat. LOL.Went to the gym today...after ages. Missed going during the college exams, so decided I better get back to going. It felt good to work out today somehow, better than it ever has, even though I didn't see the head trainer, who is kiiiinda cute. LOL. Well, not that much, but he's alright, and he's way nice too. =P
Stupid lateral raises though. After about 15...I can't get my stupid elbows to raise. They keep slumping downwards. Now my shoulders are killing me.
It's Diwali tomorrow...so HAPPY DIWALI to everyone out there!! ^_^
I'm getting new clothes for Diwali. Yay! LOL. Well, I always do, but whatever. I'm extra thrilled this time around cos I love the colour of the cloth I gave for stitching. I'll get it tomorrow. Ideally, I should wear it first thing after a bath tomorrow, but the lady we got it stitched from apparently has a lot of orders, so she said she could only get it to us tomorrow. But whatever...I can't waaaaaaaaait!!!
Annie sent her birthday pics. She looks so good it's unfair (Teeny and I reckon it is). LOL. Mom can't believe it's you there, Annie. She says you look like a supermodel. I think thats a tad bit much, but you do look nice.
Everyone from Riyadh's changed so much it's almost unbelievable. All the guys...um...look like guys now. Haha. We girls haven't changed much, but in some ways, we have. Tina I keep meeting every year, so to me, she doesn't seem to have changed. But whatever...
I bloody want the new Westlife album...hope it's here already, so that I can get it before leaving for Ganpati Phule on Wednesday. Am coming back on Sunday. Can't wait! Am trying my best to preserve 'In Her Shoes' for the trip. LOL.
Anyhoo...I go now. Gotta get up early for Diwali tomorz.

Behind These Hazy Eyes...
Updating after what seems like ages. But yay, it just means I have more to say. Well, kinda.Whee...I'm all hazy eyed now, thanks to my new lenses. *blinks* Did have a trial pair a while back, but that was almost a month ago. Been wearing the new ones since afternoon, and now my eyes feel all worn out and tired. And dryish. Gotta get used to em now. Will only get my glasses back tomorrow evening, all fresh and repaired (cos they fell from the bedside table and cracked LOL), as well as a spare pair.
I dunno whether it was just me, but all the cassette covers in the music shop near the optician's...seemed HUGE suddenly. It's weird. Maybe it was the effect of my lenses. Have gotta go check out this mystery when glasses are back.
Gotta type fast. Need to take off lenses soon. If I try to type after taking em off, I'll just have to go all squinty eyed and lean waaaay close to the screen.
Ooh...Friday and Saturday were total fun. Friday I was at Suku's place, after the last and final exam - Chem. Stayed over for the night, and even though we chickened out on staying up for the night cos we were just too sleepy, it was fun! Saturday afternoon, from her place, we left with Karishma (who also stayed over) and Neily, to Kemps Corner. Went to the Crossword Bookstore there. What a wonderful place it is. *sigh*
Anyhoo...bought two books there:
Rosie Dunne by Cecelia Ahern (written by Nicky's wife's sis...hee...somehow that just makes it so much nicer to own...already finished it...its AWESOME!)
In Her Shoes by Jennifer Weiner (the one thats being made into a movie starring Cameron Diaz)
Blee. I'm bored now. And so so tired. And I have class tomorrow morning. How poo is that?
Read the update to 'Bittersweet Pain' the other day...the HPDM fanfic I can't seem to get enough of. It's wonderful.

Befuddled, Frazzled, Puzzled
Am feeling distinctly un-myself right now. Dunno why...The Bio exam was alright...I suppose. Better than I expected it would be. That was yesterday though. Today was Math. And it was HORRIBLE. I probably have done the best in Math when u compare all my papers so far (excepting Eng and French, of course), but when you go to an exam all raring to go and thinking you actually know stuff, it is sorely disappointing to find a completely HOPELESS paper. Math 2 was horrendous. I shall not speak anymore on this topic.
I have Chem tomorz....and I don't wanna study. *whine* I'm SICK of this constant studying. No matter how much you study, the portion never gets over.
I can't wait for tomorrow...when I can finally chill out, atleast a little, before I have to go back to writing exams at Kalras. My life is sad.
The Shack irritates me now. Except for Moony & Tonky...I can't be bothered to talk to anyone else there - d'shark and iker_raikkonen are irritating.
On a happier note, gotta write an article for Nutee's school mag. Atleast its something different from the usual stuff I'm sitting around doing these days, which pretty much only constitutes studying and running off for tests and classes.
Poor Nutee. Apparently the Camel called her the other day, and was bugging her cos Teeny's not been calling her. LOL. I'm so glad I escaped from Riyadh when I did. *sticks tongue out at Toony and Nutee*
Dani and Neil have been fighting again, LOL...they have no job. Thankfully my mediator duties when it comes to them are no more, but it seems I shall always be the Official Mediator for everyone. Had to pass on a message from Suku to Karishma today. Not good. If I sit around being a mediator for everyone I know, WHEN will I get a life of my own? =P
I haven't done anything much in Chem yet...LOL. I doubt I'm gonna get much done before I go for the exam, but I honestly don't care. I'd much rather study the stuff properly some other day, when I'm in a better mood to do so. Anyway its not like these are my finals.
Oh goodness. I have to update SIB. One day our readers will kill me for my severe disability to post up the chapters on time.
Blee...now I shall sleep...and wake up in the morn and hopefully have enough concentration to do Chem.

Doomed To Failure
English was SO BORING. I don't think I've ever written a paper with so many comprehension passages. Yet, I managed to finish it, except for writing a pretty short essay coz I was fed up by then. =)Anyway...Biology...11 hee-uge chapters...still on the 1st one...what does that tell you?
That I shall FAIL!!! Yippee! LOL.
Haha. Whatever, the prospects of passing are looking rather bleak at the mo.

Whee...
Hola...LOL. My first blog post! Yippee. Well...atleast on Blogger. I've decided to abandon my wonderful Xanga blog for this.
Hah...I just found Suku's blog...went and typed 'sukanya' in the search thingy. Bet she'll be surprised at seeing my comment.
Life = drab right now. Exams are on. Studies to do. Sadly enough.
Had a Physics exam on Saturday...was sadly PATHETIC. Nothing I studied even came...definite fail. LOL. French, on the day before that, was pretty alright, except that all my pens were bent upon giving out on me. I spent half the time making them work. I suppose I could've just borrowed one from my FYJC partner...but I couldn't be bothered, it was a good way to waste time anyway. Especially since the comprehension made no sense whatever...neither the passage nor the questions themselves. Sad. ^_^
Have a measly English exam tomorrow. Our textbook is so royally boring, I slept just reading the first part of Unit 1. Who has newspaper articles in their English textbooks anyway?!
Whatever.
Anyway...on a happier note, I'm getting a new mobile! Whee. And its a camera phone. A Reliance one. My bro's been going nuts over it. I just hope that once I get the connection for it, I will be able to pry it from his hands.
Speaking of my bro, the kid has started reading books. I can hardly believe it...but I am forced to as I have to keep seeing it. Amazing development.
Anyhoo...Mani called me the other day. Was nice talking to her...but I couldn't hear much, and I didn't really know what to say, so it was weird. LOL. She sounds nice though.
I should probably scoot now, if I wish to read my wonderful (*cough*) English text in the morning before going off to write the exam. How droll...I'm getting up at 6 to read the most boring book ever.
